This Summer, step into the spotlight and unleash your talent at Laine Theatre Arts Summer Performance Course—an unforgettable experience of creativity, passion, and performance!

Choose your path:

Musical Theatre Course – Immerse yourself in the world of acting, singing, and dancing. Attendees will work with our faculty on a musical encompassing acting through song, script work and dance culminating in an end of week performance to showcase their work which parents and guardians are invited to attend.

Dance Course – Focus on perfecting your technique and bringing choreography to life! Attendees will take part in Contemporary, jazz and Ballet classes with an optional audition for Tap choreography culminating in an end of week performance for parents and guardians to showcase the choreography they have been working on.

You’ll work with Laine Theatre Arts esteemed faculty and top industry professionals.

Join us for our Audition Skills summer course. This 4-day course is the perfect pre-audition skill builder with the aim of ensuring all attendees have the necessary tools to audition for full time vocational colleges. The course begins with a mock audition to understand each individual’s current experience. This is followed by 2 days of skill building consisting of Acting, Singing and Dancing for audition. The final day encompasses a further mock audition,  where the skills learnt on the course can be road tested in an audition environment with feedback provided. We aim to ensure a safe environment where all attendees are nurtured through the experience with the hope of building confidence and experience before attending their college auditions.
