Sarah Wilson
Sarah Wilson joined the faculty of Laine Theatre Arts having trained with Betty Laine since the age of 5. She has been Vice Principal for many years with responsibility for managing the College’s relationships with the CDMT (Council for Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre) and Trinity College London who validate our course and are the awarding body for the Level 6 PPADs (Professional Performing Arts Diplomas). Sarah also represents the training providers on the board of the CDMT.
In addition to her work for the College Sarah is a Senior examiner for grade, vocational and teaching qualifications for the ISTD and sits on the board of the ISTD Academy. Sarah is one of the development team responsible for choreographing the Modern Theatre Faculty’s syllabuses for students and children starting with Pre-Elementary followed by Body Focus, the Jazz Awards and every grade from Primary Class Examination to Advanced 2, and is a member of the Teaching Qualifications Panel reviewing and developing the Society’s suite of teaching qualifications.
